We are exploring Real World Asset management on Massa.

For example by allowing you to participate in regulated bridge loans in dollar, euro or tokens through the blockchain and benefit from the high interest rates of such loans. Other examples include real estate tokenization: participate in the funding of a housing project and benefit from a percentage of the rent. Luxury goods, carbon footprint and other tokenizations are also possible in the future.

The process would be fully regulated and compliant through a possible partnership with UpSide. We need your feedback to know if we should move forward with this.

I’ve been thinking for some time about how RWA can be managed by Massa, especially since we have Autonomous Smart Contracts that can make life so much easier.

Massa is well suited for these kind of scenarios, just thinking about an obvious example being the rental payment management and redistribution of interests automatically via ASCs.
