Monthly Contributor Rewards Program
To encourage high-quality contributions to Massa’s repositories, I propose the allocation of 30,000 Massa tokens each month as a reward pool for the top three community contributors. These contributions would be assessed based on GitHub activity in key repositories, including:
- Massa blockchain codebase
- Smart contract development
- Massa wallet
- Blockchain explorer
- Other key repositories under the Massa ecosystem
The community would vote to determine the rankings of the top contributors. The distribution of the 30,000 Massa would be as follows:
- First place: 15,000 Massa
- Second place: 10,000 Massa
- Third place: 5,000 Massa
This approach encourages active participation and rewards individuals for their significant contributions to advancing the ecosystem.
